By using Lumina Infusion Lounge services, you agree to the following:

– All treatments are for individuals 18 years or older.
– Services are wellness-based and not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions.
– Full payment is due at the time of service.
– Cancellation and refund policies apply as stated below.
– Clients must provide accurate health information. We are not liable for undisclosed medical issues.
– No medical outcomes are guaranteed.
– All personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy.
– Terms may change without prior notice.

We understand that unexpected things happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a $25 late cancellation fee.
– No-shows will be charged a flat fee of $50.
– If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $25 late arrival fee may apply or your appointment may be rescheduled depending on availability.
– Repeated late cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals may limit your ability to book future appointments.

– 모든 고객 정보는 개인정보 보호정책에 따라 보호됩니다.
– 본 약관은 사전 고지 없이 변경될 수 있으며, 서비스 이용 시 최신 약관에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

– 예약 시간 기준 24시간 이내 취소 시, $25의 취소 수수료가 부과될 수 있습니다.
– 무단 노쇼 시에는 $50의 수수료가 부과됩니다.
– 15분 이상 지각하실 경우, $25의 지각 수수료가 발생하거나, 일정에 따라 시술이 지연되거나 취소될 수 있습니다.
– 반복적인 당일 취소, 지각, 노쇼는 추후 예약에 제한이 있을 수 있습니다.
